How Clans Work are:


Flareon=Flareclan
Jolteon=Joltclan
Umbreon=Moonclan
Espeon-Sunclan
Vaporeon=Vaporclan
Leafeon=Leafclan
Glaceon=Iceclan

You can only be the evolved forms when you are a warrior. Apprentices and cubs are Eevees
